Join Iron Cross Ministries for the 7th annual Ride for Peace. Saturday, August 29 @ 1:00 pm in the parking lots of EECM and Eastminster Presbyterian Church.
More than 200 motorcyclists are expected to come together in the name of UNITY. Organizer Rev. Cornell Jones says the idea behind the event is to ride through the neighborhoods where there have been issues of violence with their message of peace. An end to violence in our city is the responsibility of everyone calling for it to stop.
Come and show your support for an end to violence in Pittsburgh by attending this event which will include a gospel message, health screenings, music, face painting, snow cones, popcorn, hot dogs, wings, pasta salad, hamburgers, watermelon, baked beans and drinks, as well as a balloon release ceremony for lives lost to violence in our city.
