Room Rentals
EECM provides space in Community House on a fee basis for use by faith communities, cultural groups, businesses, non-profit organizations, neighborhood groups, civic organizations, families, and individuals.
In addition to hosting meetings and programs, EECM can provide space for retreats, religious services, weddings, receptions, parties, concerts, performances, and similar family or community events.

Great Room
The Great Room is the centerpiece of Community House, with a 25-foot-high ceiling, a floor-to-ceiling mural, and an entire wall of windows looking out into the Courtyard. This room is adaptable to a variety of uses. The rental includes a pre-function lobby with a dedicated entrance. Capacity is variable depending upon the layout, up to a maximum of 118 persons.
Courtyard
The Courtyard is an open green space in the center of Community House. There is an eight-foot-wide covered patio on three sides that shelters outdoor seating. This space can be rented alone or in conjunction with adjacent spaces. The Courtyard can accommodate up to 60 persons.
Chapel
The Chapel is located just beyond the Station Street entrance of Community House. This serene space offers gentle lighting and comfortable seating. The space is furnished with upholstered chairs, three large tables, and a lectern. The room may be arranged theater style or with table seating for 18. The Chapel can accommodate up to 30 persons.
Board Room
The Board Room is located just off of the main lobby of Community House. This conference and meeting space features a large central table with seating for 16 to 18. Additionally, there is casual seating and support furniture. The Board Room can accommodate up to 24 persons.
